Terms and rental prices of the cottage
The cottage is only rented as a whole. Price is set for 10 people, however the maximum capacity of the cottage is 17 persons. There are also 2 children's beds. There is no requirement to fill the accommodation to capacity as the price paid is for the whole cabin (price for 10 persons). The price of addition beds, outside the base price, is mentioned in the pricelist. In the Summer and Winter season only full week rent is possible (from Saturday to Saturday). Out of the season, the minimum length of stay is 2 nights, at Easter and Christmas the minimum stay is 3 nights.
The price includes accommodation, cleaning, water consumption, use of small towels, linen, cleaning and hygiene products (soap, washing liquid, toilet paper, etc.).

In the summer and winter seasons it can be only booked for weekly stays. . The stay takes place from Saturday to the Saturday of next week. Check-in is after 4pm on Saturday, with check-out by 11am.
There is a possibility to order weekend and other short stays during the off-season (see prices). The departure and arrival time will be agreed individually.
We will send a binding request based on your booking with supporting documents for your payment which will be 50% of the total price of your ordered stay. The remaining 50% can be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival or in cash upon arrival (on request).
We give you a refund of the deposit incase of cancellation if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Prices include VAT, however, do not include consumption of electricity and local taxes.
Other fees:
- Recreational village fee 20 CZK / person / night (people aged 18 - 70 years), 0 CZK / child and night
- Payment for electricity - - the whole building - the actual consumption (the difference between initial and final state of the meter - price per 1 kWh - VT-5,-CZK and NT-4,-CZK, charge for wood used for heating in the fireplace outside the summer season we charge 200 CZK per day of stay
- Refundable deposit of 5,000,- CZK per stay when no damage to property
